Top To Bottom Decorators are a small independently managed business based largely within & around the Richmond borough whilst covering all SW, TW, W & Surrey postcodes.
We consist of a few trusted family & friends all holding great experience within the trade, various relevant qualifications & specialist training & full insurance coverage.
Specialising in all aspects of interior & exterior painting & decorating from traditional painting/repairs methods, wallpaper & vinyl applications, kitchen & furniture spraying, wood polishing & varnish finishings to Repair Care wood damp/dry rot restoration for significant exterior repairs.
